Every year IRMCO names the William O. Jeffery III award winner. An employee of the year sort of thing. The IRMCO version honors IRMCO’s 3rd generation owner who passed away almost 30 years ago. Criteria for the award are based upon the principle of stepping out of comfort zones and stretching skills to the max. IRMCO has a dedicated team of associates delivering world class service so it’s a very tough decision to pick just one. But this year one IRMCO associate stood out and delivered some extraordinary results.
Mike Krocko, Research & Field Consultant, earned the coveted Wolf Pack team jacket as this year’s award recipient. Mike has worked in IRMCO’s lab for 4 years but comes to the company with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Particular achievements include well over 1000 Twist Compression Friction tests for critical benchmarking and 24% of IRMCO lab requests, all while visiting wide spread clients all over North America to help optimize crucial operations. Mike has developed many new product formulations and was critical in the testing and development of the nationally recognized IRMCO iTool® cup draw test.
