• IRMCO FLUIDS® are designed to be applied minimally – eliminating the need for heavy, flooding application – thereby eliminating lubricant solution weeping down press fixtures and onto floors surrounding presses. This reduces or eliminates the need for adsorbent materials and the need or frequency to pump press pits/pans.
• IRMCO FLUIDS® are oil-free and water-based. The fluid residues are easily removed from tooling, fixtures and plant floors with lower pH, more environmentally safe aqueous cleaning solutions and in many cases – simply with warm water.
• IRMCO residues are more easily and completely removed from plant floors using floor scrubbing equipment – providing a drier, safer working environment.
