Process Improvements:
- IRMCO FLUIDS 109-00J at 12:1 ratio (7.7%) replaced the competitive fluid used at 9:1 ratio (10.0%) – cutting direct fluid consumption by over 20%.
- IRMCO process optimization further reduced the amount of fluid required through application equipment to make the parts by 12%.
- Press speed was able to be raised 1.5 SPM – increasing production capacity/output over 2000 parts/day.
- IRMCO FLUIDS 109-00J provided easier to remove residues – reducing weld spatter & cleaning & finishing defects.
